About the project

I was tasked with an assignment to develop training on how to use Microsoft Teams (MS Teams).

Problem: There are employees who are not familiar using Microsoft Teams and they are often left behind in a meeting or during an online training.

Solution: I designed a crash course focusing on how to use Microsoft Teams for a beginner.

Response: Very impressed for going the extra mile.
